Accessibility audits where every finding is proven.
Automated scanners catch only ~30–40% of WCAG issues[1]. Overlay widgets don't fix the rest — 983 widget-equipped sites were still sued in 2025[2]. We do it differently: a manual-grade WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA audit where every finding is re-executed and documented — screenshot, method, timestamp — so your developer can fix real issues and you can show your work.
Typical audit: $1,250–$2,750, delivered in 5–10 business days.
Why now
- 3,948 US ADA website lawsuits filed in 2025 — up 23.8% year over year[2]
- ~30–40% of WCAG issues is all automated scanners can detect[1]
- $1M FTC order against an overlay vendor for compliance claims automation can't back up[3]
How it works
- 1 · Scan. We crawl a representative sample of your site (home, product, cart, contact, search — 7–15 pages) and run industry-standard automated detection.
- 2 · Re-execute. Every candidate issue is independently re-executed: keyboard-only operation, accessibility-tree inspection, contrast recomputation, focus-visibility pixel comparison. Scanner says ≠ we say — we prove it.
- 3 · Prove. You get an issue log where each finding carries a verification stamp — the method, the timestamp, the screenshot. Items needing human judgment are tested with a screen reader and marked expert-reviewed, never assumed.
We also run checks scanners don't perform at all: keyboard traps, invisible focus, mouse-only "buttons". That's where the serious barriers hide — and where lawsuits point.
What you get
- Excel issue log — page, element, WCAG criterion, severity, who it locks out, exact fix guidance, evidence screenshot, verification stamp. Your developer works straight from it.
- Executive summary (PDF) — top risks and a prioritized remediation plan, in plain English.
- Drafted accessibility statement — W3C-format, ready for your review and publication.
- Re-test at 25% of the audit fee once you've remediated — same proof, in the "fixed" direction.
- Monitoring from $19/month — we re-execute the checks monthly and report fixed / still open / regressed. Re-verification, not re-scanning.

Who we help
- You received a demand letter or lawsuit about your website — you need a credible, evidence-backed picture of what's actually broken and a fix path your developer can execute this month. (Your attorney handles the law; we hand them clean technical evidence.)
- You run an accessibility overlay widget and have read the news — you want real findings instead of a promise the FTC fined a vendor $1M for making.
- A procurement team asked for a VPAT/ACR — we test and draft it.
- You sell to EU consumers — the European Accessibility Act has been enforceable since June 2025[4] and you want an honest baseline.
